Reformer Pilates

Our Class Timetable
At inLIFE Wellness, we offer classes 7 days a week, available mornings and evenings; we make it easy for you to find a time that works around your schedule. Our classes are perfect for anyone, whether you're a regular gymgoer or haven't worked out since high school. We keep our sessions around 45-minutes, so it's easy to fit a workout into your day while getting optimum intensity. Plus, you will have easy access to our class times through our app!
